- After they have decided, before you supply. Invoice-shaped so their finance team can raise a payment. Not a tax invoice.

- After you have supplied. A demand for payment, with a due date and a unique number.
- Receipt
- After the money arrives. Proof of payment, quoting the invoice it settles.
